Terms of Purchase
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online store.
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is entered into with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process in our online store.
The order process includes the following steps:
Selection of the desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
Review of the information in the shopping cart
Clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button
Registration in the online store after entering login details (email address and password)
Final review and correction of the entered data
Binding submission of the order by confirming
Before submitting the order, the consumer can return to the page where customer details are entered by clicking the “Back” button in their internet browser and correct input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this confirmation, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online store: We send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.houseofjacquards.com/terms-of-purchase. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible online.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer can choose to pay in advance, direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa).
(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, they are required to transfer the purchase price immediately after concluding the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items we offer are made to order. Shipping occurs after the processing time specified on the product page. Delivery takes place no later than 7 working days after processing. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued to the bank (in the case of advance payment) or the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the end of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is transferred to the buyer only upon handover of the item, even in the case of shipping purchases.
§5 Retention of Ownership
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

via an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the tools available at houseofjacquards.com.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
